Terms of Service
The Servant Salute program (The Program) is a real estate sales commission reduction program. To qualify, at least one owner of the home must either work currently in one of the following public servant professions or have worked previously for a minimum of one year: Fire protection, Law enforcement, Military, Teaching or Medical Professionals (involved directly in hands-on patient care). We may, at our sole discretion, request that you verify your profession in one or more of the following ways: Official company badge, Paycheck stubs, Certification documents, Diploma verification, etc. The program does not apply to ancillary positions within the aforementioned professions. Commission reductions are available on the sale of a single-family residence in which the owner has resided for a minimum of one year prior to qualified sale. Commission reduction is available on the listing side of the transaction only and no reduction will be made on the buyer’s side. The amount of reduction is represented by reducing the standard St. Charles County listing commission of 2.7% by .5%, resulting in a net listing commission percentage of 2.2%. The program is a limited offer program and Integrity Realty, LLC reserves the right to pause or discontinue The program at any time for any reason or no reason at all, or to alter the reduction percentage. Any alteration to the commission reduction percentage will be posted publicly within these terms of service. No pause, discontinuation or alteration will have any effect on any previously signed listing contract.
